What to expect: On your first visit a brief medical history will be taken to ensure there are no medical conditions which contraindicate your receiving a therapeutic massage. The Therapist will ask what type of treatment (i.e. relaxation, sports, etc, or combination) is desired and will structure the session accordingly. Treatments are provided in a private, comfortable and secure room with light music intended to promote relaxation. To further ease muscular aches, warm oil is used and the table is lined with a heating pad. At all times appropriate draping practices are maintained to ensure your comfort. The wearing of undergarments during the session is optional.
